「Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...

「The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.」

「很不錯的住宿環境，附近有商場，但交通比較不便，離MRT較遠，住宿費用高了一些，這次住長期很不划算，短期的可以考慮。」

「The room is clean and new, very well for the cleanliness. But still under renovation, so duty outside and building not much people stay, have constructors staying as well, each floor might only you and the others room occupied. If stay alone need to be careful. Butthe room view are very nice and very clean. Parking is not included need to pay yourself. Will stay again but when with family or partner. Love the clean and new room.」

「从入住手续到退房，几乎都没柜面接待服务。搞卫生清洁都不及时也不是为住客着想，自己方便就是的那种。感觉不是公寓式酒店，几乎都是自己公寓。我个人不会有下一次。」

「AVOID at all cost!!! I booked this accommodation for 7 days through Plush Services, but I ended up leaving within just one hour of arriving. The condition of the place was absolutely unacceptable. The toilet was broken and heavily stained yellow, and the bathroom was covered in mould. The worst part was the bed — there were someone else’s boogers all over the bed haed!!!!! I honestly could not believe what I was seeing. It was so dirty and unhygienic that I had no choice but to leave...

「The reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious with a pantry, dining table and sufficient bathroom amenities. However, the pillow didn't feel clean or fresh and the room smelled of moth balls which reduced somewhat after a few days but did not completely go away. The location was a bit far for me and LDP can be quite jam especially at peak hours.」

「Yes, the room is very spotless. No staff but the instruction to pick up the keys and enter the is simple & easy to follow. 」

「バストイレの臭いが強く、シャワーの温度調節も困難だった。立地だけは良かった。」
