Very handy location in Bukit Bintang. Check in was convoluted but worked. Apartment was basic, necessary and sufficient. No bed lights.

The property is well located; it's within walking distance or a short monorail/train ride to most attractions and lots of dining options. The pool is stunning and the washer/dryer is very handy. You'll need to supply your own pool and hand towels though. The check in process was more convoluted than it needed to be with the agent's preference for using messaging apps. Our major criticism would be that there are insufficient lifts for the building, with long waits around check in and check out times, in particular.

The apartment we stayed at was kept well, it was clean and spacious
The owner was very attentative and helpful
The location was perfect, within walking distance to Pavilion and other shopping centres. It is also surrounded by so many restaurants and corner stores to choose from
One down side is the internet connection is very poor in the area as too many buildings in close proximity, do need to walk away from the building especially if need to book grab rides, search on internet or make phone call

Apartment was beautiful however the toilet drains constantly released a very bad smell that spread across the entire apartment. The house always smelt very bad .

Checkin procedure was then worst I have every experienced. What a converluted system.
Also the washing machine was extremely loud. Lifts were slow. No on premises staff just building security

Location is excellent, with lots of dining and shopping options within a few minutes walk. Added bonus is the nice pool with awesome view and convenience of a washer and dryer.
As many had mentioned, elevator wait is a little long but it's tolerable.
Overall, I will recommend AXON Bukit Bintang and will come back next time.

Nice room in an excellent location with a great view, comfy bed, fridge and good shower. The rooftop pool is fantastic. The lift is very slow so need to factor that in.
