「Ibis did not provide breakfast on day 1 and we had to go next door to the sister hotel Mercure. Following day Ibis was supposed to provide breakfast but when we went down tables hadn't been cleared and there was little food. We were told there was a problem with the kitchen and we had to go next door again to the Mercure. That night we went to the bar and it was covered in dirty glasses and the girl behind the bar was barely coping. They seem to have a shortage of staff or at the very least...

「Lovely guest house. Made to feel very welcome. Room was lovely, clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice and ample. Would recommend this place to stay. 」

「I did ring Tina regarding a couple of things and she was pleased to get feed back. For example no blue bags to put dirty linen in . The cottage was decorated inside and out for Halloween and as older adults did not want to look at them inside the cottage didn't mind outside. I have recommended the cottage to family in same village for visiting family and friends.」

The pictures don't do the place justice. It is a relaxed atmosphere with a self-service bar with available snacks. The Paignton Pier with arcades, shops & other dining options is 10 minutes walk on the flat. James & Christine have lots of amazjng options to help cater your stay to you. 」
