「We had a great stay. We were warmly welcomed and our room with bathroom was a good size and really clean. The bed was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic and we were really well looked after. Location is great for the sea front, bars, shops and bus and train station. Highly recommended.」

「Really enjoyed the room and the fact that me being vegan was catered for rather than made a problem off like some places I’ve visited. Room was specious clean and homely . My first night was not great reg sleep due to a noisy neighbour having tv on loud and coughing a lot ( not hosts fault) but second night was better. I enjoyed watching tv as a treat and shopping during the day. Quiet over all but so close to everything. Would definitely visit again. Lovely people running this place.」

「A lovely stay, clean and chilled. I was impressed by how security conscious they were, the door was locked at 6pm. Thank you」

「Lovely rooms, generous staff and excellent location」

「Perfect location」

「Slept well, excellent shower. Friendly welcoming staff. Free car parking.」

「Staff were welcoming / friendly. Hotel/furnishings are old, tired and not very clean. Did not sleep well due to loud humming air conditioning unit outside our room which kept us awake all night. Parking included. Whilst not expecting much for the price, we had hoped we would be able to get some sleep! Staff are the best asset to this hotel.」

「We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. 」

「Room was nice.」

「Really lovely owners. Room 4 was really tiny and would need the chest of drawers and chair removing to make some space. No need for a chair if it’s only one guest. Amazing breakfast. Difficult to find parking on street. Spotlessly clean.」

「It was a lovely property very close to the beach and Paignton 10 minute walk into centre. It was on a busy road which was a bit noisy at night but with the windows closed it was fine. We were provided with a fan which kept us really cool. I would recommend this place. I think it’s really nice for a breakaway owners were really helpful nice breakfast all you could ask for🙂 a big smile」

「Upon arrival there was hundreds of ants in the property, on the carpet, kitchen food prep areas, beds etc. Didn't speak to the owner but after 2 1/2 hours we were found new accommodation.」

「Unacceptable and ridiculous. Unable to have the room by mistake of the hotel and Hotel.com. No two beds for three people!!」
