"Great stay. Wheelchair access good except for harbour entrance. The tank trap trench, filled with pebbles, in a corridor??? Just brilliant for catching your power chair. Had to get guests to help me out."

"Lovely hotel and staff..close level walk to the seafront and theatre. Newly decorated room with comfortable bed... Tv could be better on opposite wall as it could be knockekd where its situated.. Parking can be reserved and booked for £10 which is worthwhile."

"Excellent hotel in many ways & very welcoming to our 2 dogs. However the property itself needs some tlc on the exterior - a lot of moss & the white paint is peeling. It is still grand on the promenade & have to say the food is wonderful. Would definitely stay here again & recommend you try it."
