「Las duchas de los baños no se lavan bien y la piedra se ve sucia, cuando limpian la habitación no lavan los sanitarios. Es un buen hotel pero falta. Estos detalles de limpieza importantes 」

「The hotel is in a great location, the restaurant connected to the food was delicious. Lobby toilet seat was on the floor. The hotel needs a good cleaning spots of black mold in the shower and faucet needed cleaning. The bar was pricey. The free hotel breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay we made the best of the bathroom by cleaning it ourselves. Front desk people only spoke when we spoke. There was one young man who the bellhop always spoke and smiled and was very help 」

「Total bait and switch. Booked months in advance only to arrive and find the main infinity pool closed and wrapped in ‘PELIGRO’ tape. No notice was given. Beyond the construction, the service is non-existent. You have to beg for basic bottled water and minibar refills in an ‘all-inclusive’ resort. Staff is hostile and dismissive. Avoid this place until they learn the basics of hospitality.」

「This is off the beaten path. The island is small so no need to be at the city center where it's loud and nonstop craziness. The place is quite. Book room number 203 and you'll have access to the pool from your sliding glass door. Great breakfast and helpful staff. When I return this is where I will stay. 」

「The pool was under construction or they were remodeling it. It would be nice to know these things before hand because for us the pool was a big plus when booking our reservation. Also, they did not have hot water. They stated that they were having an inspection which they were verifying that they were not providing ocean water to the guests. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have hot water for the whole stay. Other than that, the people who work there were extremely helpful and polite.」

「O ar condicionado bem gelado, mesmo relatando a equipe. O banheiro com a limpeza fraca, por ser quarto compartilhado deveriam deixar algum produto para manutenção pessoal nossa. O chuveiro mal saia água, e o com sujeira no ralo. 」
