This place is so cute, the gardens are amazing and the staff lovely. We had a courtyard view room which was large and had a big terrace overlooking the flower beds. A good selection at breakfast and eggs cooked to order. We ate our evening meal at the hotel too, reasonably priced, although we were occasionally the only ones in. It took us about 20 mins drive to the national park.

Hotel look, pool area, breakfast, staff all great. Slightly let down on a few areas: Cocktails were weak and made incorrectly (hint, mojito is white rum) The western food wasnt great for the price but im being very critical here. There was no coffee pods in the room, only mokka and decaf. The fridge was warm when we arrived and wasnt very efficient. Lots of power cuts including in the middle of our dining. Great potential but needs a few things sorting out.

This was an amazing experience from the first minute to the last, starting with a welcoming and friendly staff, entering to a great room with beautiful views, enjoying the pool, colorful gardens, happy hour, dinner options and spa treatments. Beautiful scenery and relaxed atmosphere. Staff were friendly and service was great in all areas. From reception to the breakfast and lounge drinks. Rooms were luxurious and well laid out.

What a wonderful hotel this is! The staff and security are incredibly kind and helpful. From the moment we got there, we felt at home. The facilities are beautiful and well cared for, too. Our room was absolutely incredible. It was roomy, we had a beautiful view, the bed was wonderful, and the shower and bathroom were perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super responsive with requests for Thai tea or cocoa. I can’t wait to get back.

My stay at the U khao yai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in, making us feel welcome from the start. The room exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spacious, elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean. Breakfast was great. Me and my family really enjoyed staying there.

Great, but

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, staff really good except reception not that welcoming and not over helpful, no welcome drink, not much information. Voucher they gave, 100bht for food and spa, worth about £2.50 each, rather not been given.
