Clean rooms and amazing staff! Staff were very helpful and explained everything to avoid confusion

Good location but the room was not good for resting. Construction noise and the walls are very thin could here everything and everyone up and down the hallway slamming doors etc… shower had mold as well.

Room condition a little tired, and restaurant menu didn’t seem very authentic a bit bland, Staff mostly very kind and considerate, I have stayed there twice and would happily stay again.

We started staying here from July 2017 until covid. After the borders opened we went to Chiang Mai instead of Bangkok. After about 5 years since our last visit to Evergreen Place UHG we have noticed a decline in service, from the front desk, also the breakfast has declined since now there is no egg station. I found most on offer was cold and unappetising. On our latest trip we went and had street food locally and very cheap. I found most of the time now when we enter and leave the building there is a lack of door staff to assist, especially when trying to handle heavy luggage. The room cleaning staff are as usual awesome and do a great job. All in all we are disappointed with our latest stays. The main thing that keeps us coming back is location, location, location. Looking for similar accommodation in the area in the future.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The entrance felt private and secure, with 24/7 security at the door, and the lobby was spacious, modern, and welcoming. I booked a superior king room for three adults and was a bit worried it might feel cramped—but it turned out to be much bigger than expected. We were placed on the 29th floor, which gave us incredible views over Bangkok, something we really enjoyed throughout the stay. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating my parents’ anniversary. They went the extra mile and arranged a complimentary cake with a card, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. The pool on the 30th floor was another highlight—beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and amazing city views. Breakfast was served on the 19th floor in a stylish, modern restaurant with lovely views. The selection was decent, though it felt a bit more like lunch than breakfast at times, with items like chicken, curries, and spring rolls alongside the usual eggs and fruits. It might just reflect local culture, but personally, I’d rate the breakfast a solid 7/10. On departure, we had an early flight and were going to miss breakfast, but the staff were very accommodating and arranged a takeaway breakfast with whatever we wanted—great service and a really nice touch.
