“房間雖细小，但整體都舒適。到附近的餐廳和購物點都是步行十至十五分鐘內。附近環境是海邊，風景幽美。因本人訂了兩間房，美中不足是未能安排同層。”

“Lovely big bathroom , very comfortable bed. Parking wasn’t a problem at all as parking right outside on the street .”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Coach House! The rooms were lovely, with comfy beds and a nice bathroom. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Great breakfast too. Would recommend - especially for the price!”

“Very characterful and unique - little bits of history all over the place, and nice big sitting rooms to relax in.”

“lovely breakfast clean”

“Serviced Room rather than a hotel but no problem in finding it and gaining access! Excellent for comfort and cleanliness with good shower!”

“This hotel is quiet and service is good, but the hotel itself; the room and facilities are aged. ”

“This hotel is very well situated, the parking is a bonus and the views from the restaurant are stunning. The food was well cooked and the waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was great and the room itself was spacious, it could have benefited from a fridge and some of the roller……

“Lovely house and lovely location. Two mins to the Jolly Sailors pub and three mins to the beach. Lots to explore in Suffolk and Norfolk, so idea location.”

“Service throughout stay was very good, check in quick and with no issues. Room spacious and had all the amenities required. Breakfast and restaurant meals very good with great selection for both.”

“The room was very warm even with the windows open as it was at the top of the property. A room fan was provided but it meant that there was a constant noise when it was on. The breakfast was really nice.”
