「Great location 」

「The property was very nice and clean 」

「Overall, the room is warm and comfortable although it is relatively small, sufficient for move of one person. The bathroom is large and warm. One drawback is the location is not near to Durham town Center (35 -40 minutes walking distance) and go some slopes before reach the hotel. 」

「Beautiful property, lovely gardens. Breakfast was amazing - great mushrooms! Bed was huge and comfortable. Staff were fab - very helpful. Only downside is no door between the bathroom and bedroom - so very little privacy. 」

「This was a very nice comfortable place. We had a little trouble finding it. Was easy to check in and out of. The only suggestion I would make was to put the exterior patio lights on a timer so that they turn off at night— if it’s hot and you have the window open then you have all the light from the patio. But it was very clean and comfortable.」

「Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadn’t met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them. On the hole, everything else was excellent. There was no recycling facilities, which was quite a surprise, and also a slight disappointment. Everything else was above...

「Lovely friendly staff, garden room was lovely and clean and well equipped….only problem we had was the heating was set at 35 degrees upon arrival and it took a while to cool it down with windows and doors open. Would stay here again without a doubt 」
