· Perfect house for holidays for a large family or for several families who want to enjoy their holidays together.

· The house is located in the residential area of Sant Genís de Palafolls, near the beaches of Costa Brava (Blanes, Lloret, Tossa de Mar) and Barcelona Coast (Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna, Calella).

· The property has a 1,300m² garden with a large 10m x 5m saltwater pool, without chlorine, which is maintained all year round. Sunbeds for sunbathing and relaxing.

The garden maintenance person is housed in an annexed house on the same plot.

· Next to the pool there is a kitchen and a large 80m² dining area for eating together outdoors.

· The property has a charcoal barbecue for cooking good grilled meat.

· There is a bathroom with shower next to the pool.

· Casa Genis is divided into three large and independent dwellings.

· By going up the exterior stairs (see photo) access is gained to the 3 dwellings.

Two dwellings are located on the first floor and one dwelling is located on the second floor.



· The first dwelling has a capacity for 8 people.

· The house has no heating and there is no air conditioning. It has duvets and fans.



· A car is necessary because the house is located in a residential development and there is no public transport.



· There is free parking outdoors inside and outside on the street in front of the property.



· The house is located near the C-32 motorway and well connected by road. Only 45 minutes by car from the city of Barcelona and 30 minutes by car from Girona.

· Just 20 minutes by car from the beaches of Blanes and Malgrat de Mar.

· 10 minutes by car there are shops, outlet stores of major brands, restaurants and supermarkets in the town of Palafolls.

· The 2 airports near the house are Girona-Costa Brava airport (30 minutes by car) and Barcelona-El Prat airport (1 hour by car).



The use of barbecues may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to fire risk.

. Guests must respect the property rules and, in particular, not make noise at night so as not to disturb the neighbours.



Persons on the property:

· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property.



CHECK-IN:

· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.



. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

. Option of key delivery at the accommodation with an additional cost of 20 euros to be paid at the time of key handover. This service must be requested in advance.

*Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery at the accommodation, for reasons beyond Vivalidays' control.



. Option to collect the keys from a safety box in the town of Pineda de Mar at no cost. This service must be requested in advance and will be confirmed according to the availability of the small boxes.



Late arrival:

· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Out of hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.



- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.



· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.



· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



. Deposit of 700 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer



Cleaning:

. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.



· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.



IMPORTANT:

In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.



· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.



. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.



. No beach towels are provided.
