We rented the whole vila with three apartments.

It was nice because the different families had their won space and privacy, although we spent most of the time together in the common facilities which are fantastic. They have a fantastic terrace with kitchen and toilette by the swimming pool, so we spend most of the time there.

We were a bunch of 20 people, having a team event from Thursday to Friday. Not just that the house is simply amazing and provides everything you´ll need for an event like thisa holiday but Mei and Crew were more than supportive when it came to helping us with catering and food. We still can´t believe how well everything went together as destiny wanted it that the landlords were once owners of a restaurant and took care of us in an overwhelming, hospitable manner and their food& service was simply amazing!! Big shout out to everyone who was involved as without your help, our event would not have been as good as it was and you were part of it! :)

Très bien

Très content de notre location dans cette immense maison de palafolls, la famille a été très satisfaite de la propreté et de la disponibilité des chambres. Les espaces extérieurs sont super sympas pour la famille avec une belle piscine. Mini bémol sur l’arrivée et la récupération des clés qui serait plus simple dans la maison directement mais c’est un détail car le séjour était très bien.

On nous a vendu du rêve, mais la réalité fut bien différente...

En consultant l'annonce, j'avais constaté que la villa avait déjà reçu une mauvaise évaluation, il y a longtemps, et plus aucun commentaire depuis. J'ai donc pensé que si le propriétaire la mettait toujours en location, il avait du procéder à des changements pour ne plus être mal noté. NON !!! Les photos ont bénéficié d'un savant traitement numérique pour enjoliver la réalité. Sur les clichés, on pourrait croire que la vue depuis la piscine est jolie, mais depuis l'eau, vous ne verrez que des maisons en travaux, une vieille caravane abritant des chèvres, et des terrains mal entretenus. La piscine est bien moins grande qu'en photo. D'ailleurs tout est moins grand et moins propre que dans la réalité. Il nous a fallu nettoyer tout le matériel avant de pouvoir l'utiliser. Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine d'extérieur. Il a fallu faire tourner le lave-vaisselle à vide, pour en chasser les odeurs. Pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain de la cuisine d'extérieur. Sans parler du bâti de porte complètement détruit. Des lavabos sans eau chaude. Pas de clim. Odeurs d'égouts à toute heure. Niveau commodité, du logement à la piscine, 68 marches à monter, et de sévères pentes à grimper... Déambulateurs, poussettes, s'abstenir... Barbecue loin de la piscine et de la cuisine d'extérieur. Wifi déplorable. Des prises électriques ne marchent pas. Des fenêtres cassées. Des WC (parfois sans brosse) et des douches qui s'évacuent mal... Autoroute à 40 mètres en contrebas des fenêtres de chambre. A l'agence, propriété décrite comme étant dans une zone résidentielle. Une fois arrivés à bon port, des chantiers à l'abandon et des bâtisses oubliées aux alentours... Accès à la propriété par une route dangereuse (sinueuse et étroite). Plaque à induction de la cuisine d'extérieur qui fonctionnait mal. Niveau batterie de cuisine, bien trop peu de matériel pour accueillir autant de personnes. Entretien de la piscine normalement prévu le matin, aux heures où nous ne l'utilisions pas, mais le technicien venait en pleine journée, et moins souvent que promis... Réactivité douteuse de l'agence qui gère la location. Problèmes expliqués aux personnes qui tiennent ladite agence. On nous a répondu que notre mécontentement était parfaitement légitime, et qu'un geste financier nous serait vite accordé. Départ des lieux le 26 juillet, et depuis, plus de son, ni d'image... Homelidays fera-t-il le nécessaire pour y remédier ?

Vieze en slecht onderhouden villa

Wij waren behoorlijk geschrokken toen we incheckten. Het huis was vuil en anders dan beschreven. Duidelijk slecht onderhouden. Er was geeneens een stofzuiger aanwezig opdat we zelf konden schoonmaken. Het huis bestond uit drie verschillende appartementen - wat niet was beschreven. Er was geen ontkomen aan de mieren op het aanrecht, in de magnetron, etc. Er was geen waterkoker. De eigenaar zei, je kunt water opwarmen in de magnetron die weer kapot was. De eerste avond viel het raamscherm naar beneden. De elektriciteit viel uit in een van de appartementen. Toen we de beheerder belden kregen we geen reactie. Pas de volgende ochtend kregen we hem te pakken. Lampen deden het niet. Bloedvlekken op het beddengoed, vieze koelkasten, de BBQ was vies, de stenen banken bij de BBQ waren niet stabiel, traptreden naar het zwembad lieten los, levensgevaarlijk. Niet kindvriendelijk. De lijst kan nog veel langer. De eigenaar is nog langs geweest, kwam met slechte argumenten over teveel telefoons laden op hetzelfde moment en dat mieren normaal zijn in de bergen. Ja een beetje, maar dit ging te ver. De stenen banken die loslieten daarvan zeiden ze, de kinderen hoeven toch niet te zitten. We waren behoorlijk teleurgesteld, behoorlijke domper op onze vakantie. Zeker geen aanrader.
