  • This charming apartment offers a cozy stay with one bedroom, accommodating up to three guests. Spanning 40 m², it provides a comfortable retreat in a family-friendly area by the sea. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. The property includes a washing machine, internet (USB), and a TV for entertainment. A garage within the same building ensures secure parking, making it convenient for those arriving by car. This welcoming space is ideal for a peaceful coastal getaway.

    Located just 30 meters from a sandy beach and 40 meters from a rocky shoreline, the apartment offers direct access to the beautiful coastline. The city center is only 100 meters away, where guests can explore charming cafés, local markets, and a variety of restaurants. A well-stocked supermarket is within 200 meters, providing easy access to daily essentials. For those who enjoy golfing, a scenic course is just 20 km away, making it a great activity option for visitors.

    The apartment features an independent electric kitchen, fully equipped for a self-catering stay. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and essential dishes and cutlery.
