Fantastic newly built duplex with lift, close to the center of Calella de Palafrugell.
This duplex, modern and contemporary, is located in a nice and small community with swimming pool and only at 400 meters from the beaches and restaurants.
On the lower level, it has a nice living-dining room with access to a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (of which one double and one with bunk beds) and 1 bathroom.
On the upper floor, the spiral staircase leads to an open double bedroom (without door) with a solarium terrace.
Suitable for 6 occupants.
Parking space available.
