“The apartment is easy to find and well signposted. Inside is beautiful, clean and spacious and we absolutely loved the location! Right next to the famous Rue Cler with plenty cafes/restaurants and fresh food markets, boulangeries/patisseries etc! So much choice to eat out or pick up supplies for the apartment-whatever your preference! (I loved the organic fruit and veg market on the corner) It is also very close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and a few minutes to the Metro to get around……

“Its location is so friendly to reach metro and railway station. Quiet spot. So many food choice around. Affordable room rate. Clean and comfy. Even though it doesn’t have a bar and a restaurant on site, there are two nice cafe next door. Will love to come bake to here in my next trip to Paris.”

“Great Location next to the Eiffel Tower and across from the La Seine. You are renting a room in a very nice apartment. The owner Elisa was the best part of our stay. She really made us feel at home and was good referring transportation and places to go. Very safe location, room was clean and you have access to the kitchen and living room. Looking forward to returning to Paris and will stay again. You have any questions call Elisa before you travel so everything is smooth on your arrival and……

“Staff communication was excellent from before our arrival until our departure. So friendly and accommodating. Rooms was clean and spacious - not common for hotels in Paris at that price range. It’s on a busy side street so can get a bit noisy in the evenings to late night. Recommend getting a room on a higher level if you are a light sleeper. We would stay again due to the friendly staff, spacious room and convenient amenities (kitchen and lounge space etc)”
