Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit Einschränkungen

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen im Maison á Luna in Palasca. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, liegt absolut ruhig mit schönem Ausblick auf Palasca. Alles ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, aber die Einzelbetten sind relativ kurz, für vier sehr große Menschen wäre das Haus unbequem. Palasca ist ein sehr schönes Bergdorf. In 10 Min. erreicht man den wundervollen Lozari Strand. Grundsätzlich waren es 5 Sterne. Leider war die Klima kaputt, sie ging zwar, aber tropfte. Wir hatten eine ganze Woche lang zwei Eimer unter der Klima stehen, mussten die Eimer oft leeren, den Boden drumrum wischen und nachts mit Ohropax schlafen, da das Tropfen sehr laut war. Das Wlan ging die erste Woche überhaupt nicht. Die Dame vor Ort war sehr nett und bemüht, aber sie konnte weder einen Handwerker organisieren noch bekam sie einen neuen Wlan-Stick zugeschickt. Der Agentur Kyrnova und dem Eigentümer waren diese Probleme offenbar völlig gleichgültig. Erst als wir uns direkt an Fewo gewandt haben, wurde bei beiden Problemen Abhilfe geschafft. Fazit: Haus wunderschön, Problemlösung durch die Agentur schlecht.

Une agréable maison et une belle vue

Accueil sympathique, belle maison avec diverses terrasses donnant sur le village et le fond du vallon, une vue fort agréable. Beaucoup de possibilités, avec de belles plages dans les environs. La maison est bien aménagée mais le design prime trop sur la fonctionnalité: peu de crochets à la salle de bain, rien pour poser un savon dans la douche, et aucune lampe suffisante pour la lecture dans le séjour ou sur la terrasse. Préparez bien vos vacances avant de partir car wifi très irrégulier et globalement très faible, et informations disponibles sur la région presque nulles dans le logement.
