“We really enjoyed the hot tub and private backyard and front porch deck! The beach is beautiful and clean - only a 5 min walk to the beach (you do have to cross the A12). The house was adorable, had all the amenities and the upstairs bed was so comfy!”

“This was a great property and location if you want to be close to the historic district. The house is beautiful and looks just like the photos, it was also very clean. The whole neighborhood area does not all look like the row of houses in the photo, it confused me a bit while I was driving through but was easy to spot once I found it. It is close to an active railroad track, i did wake up around 3am the nights i stayed because of how close the tracks are, is a bit loud. It wasn’t too bad, but……

“The communication with the host and the area of the property was excellent. The area was very quiet and very close to restaurants and to downtown St. Augustine. However, the property was not as expected based off of the photos provided on Expedia. The bathrooms were in rough shape old, stained, and . The master bedroom closet door was removed and propped up on the wall exposing all contents of the closet. The other closet in the bedroom was off the hinges. The drapes and behind the bed were not……
