The place is very clean and modern. Room was spacious and cool. Parking near the door is also helpful. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was basic but good.

Beautiful and peaceful. Really nice property - walking distance to the beach and quick drive to Palau. Amazing views of the water and "Bear Rock". Breakfast was good too, lots of options to choose from - cereal, yogurt, meat & cheese, eggs, etc. Only complaint is that there was an unpleasant odor in the room - almost a sewer like smell, it did not come from the bathroom - so not sure where it came from, otherwise everything was perfect!

Simple hotel, simple breakfast. Close to Palau and a 35 minute drive to Porto Cervo. Good value for the money. Don't expect too much service (no iron, no gym, no room service).

We recently stayed at Borgo dell’Orso in Palau for 2 nights and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is located about 7 minutes by car from the town center. While it’s not far, I wouldn’t recommend walking, as the road is quite hilly and not ideal for pedestrians. The check-in process was smooth, but I suggest completing the online check-in in advance when they send the email—it really speeds things up. It’s also a good idea to call the hotel if you plan to arrive late in the evening. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the mattress was very comfortable. Another great feature is the free on-site parking, which is very convenient if you’re exploring the area by car. There were a few minor downsides: there was a slight smell of paint upon entering the room, the breakfast was very basic and not really worth it, and the water pressure in the shower was a bit inconsistent. That said, this is understandable considering the hotel’s mountain setting—it likely takes powerful pumps to keep the water flowing steadily. Despite these small issues, we would still recommend this hotel for a short stay, especially if you’re visiting with a car.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und entsprechend komfortabel eingerichtet, doch leider mit sehr billiger Ausstattung, sodass diese bereits stark mitgenommen ist (Armaturen im Bad fallen ab), die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Das Personal ist besonders freundlich und sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar. Die Lage direkt unter dem Bärenfels ist hervorragend, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.

Väldigt fräscht och rent hotell med minimalistisk inredning. Trevlig uteplats från rummet. Rent, modernt, något lyhört, lLigger otroligt vackert utanför Palau. Har frukost men ej restaurang, så antingen exklusiv restaurang vid stranden eller enkel bar på gångavstånd. Byn Palau har dock ett rikt utbud på restauranger och övrig service, 10 minuter med bil.

Fint hotell på en höjd, vi hade rum med delvis havsutsikt. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Kändes nybyggt och väldigt fräscht. Det enda som hade kunnat vara bättre var städningen på rummet. Vi hade sand och hår på golvet i sängen samt fåtöljen. Hade lätt kunnat dammsugas bort. Annars var allt bra, rekommenderar.
