It is located on the right bank in a front line residence close to the beach, the port, the casino and all essential shops (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, convenience store, etc.)
You will benefit from wifi, air conditioning in all rooms, a TV connected to the box (Netflix, Youtube etc), a Balneo bathtub and a shower, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with American fridge with mini bar and ice dispenser, dishwasher, induction hob, pyrolysis oven and microwave oven, coffee maker ..... This property, focused on luxury and well-being, will ensure your comfort and proximity with the sea in a calm environment !!!!

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé et bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre-ville. Parking gratuit pas très loin. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Il manque un petit extérieur tél que balcon ou terrasse et l’appartement est parfait.
