"Hot water is not available. Wifi was fast and good. Room had lots of mold on roof. Lady was nice at front desk. Beds were comfortable. Just given a sheet like most of the Philippines. No roosters or dogs. Fan in room. Old AC in room, but it works."

"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. "Despite the swimming pool being renovated and our stay was in the middle of two typhoons (Tino and Uwan), room/amenities and staff were overwhelmingly attentive, accommodating and helpful. Apart from taking a private tour from Palawena (island hopping), we were also able to visit the Miniloc and Pangulasian islands during our stay. Special thanks to the front desk team (Devine, Mheanne and Fran?), food and beverage team (Sanders, Carla and Jocelyn), housekeeping (Christine) and Lifeguard Ed + security guy. "
