Bright Penthouse in the Heart of the City Internet WiFi Free

Bright and welcoming attic, recently renovated, air-conditioned and furnished, on the top floor of an elegant building located in Corso Finocchiaro Aprile in the heart of the city a few steps from the Teatro Massimo, the characteristic Mercato del Capo, the beautiful Cathedral, the Palazzo dei Normanni and from the most important tourist destinations.
Although it is favorably placed in a central context, near the famous Capo Market and a few steps from the famous Via Maqueda, a popular shopping destination in the city, the apartment benefits from the successful positioning on the top floor of a historic building that makes it similar to a silent and relaxing oasis in which to plunge nicely.
Inside, in fact, you can not help but appreciate the bright and comfortable environments, the soft movement of the high wooden ceilings, the majolica tiles in the kitchen specially made by the master Seminara, the flowered terrace overlooking the main course.
The apartment has been restored in 2020 and has been lovingly furnished to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Inside the apartment consists of a beautiful bedroom with characteristic wooden beams, bright and air-conditioned, well furnished with a desk, small armchair, flat-screen television and a large bed and orthopedic mattress.

The apartment enjoys a good environmental isolation that makes it suitable for relaxation.

A walk to the Capo Market is an enchanting event not to be missed: you will discover an itinerary of high artistic and cultural value that leads from the Teatro Massimo up to the Cathedral, flanking banks of colorful and lively food products.
Considered among the most authentic markets of the city in terms of gastronomic offer and quality of products.
Pleasant mixture of voices, smells and colors, a corner of the city where time seems to stand still.
Nearby there are numerous clothing stores, footwear, restaurants, pizzerias, taverns, kiosks, wine bars, ice cream bars and pastry shops where you can taste the irresistible greediness' and the extraordinary products of the renowned Sicilian Culinary Arts, appreciated all over the world for the its goodness and for the richness of its flavors.

Schönes typisches Appartement im Viertel

Alles schön. Im Mietshaus. Italienisches Viertel. Innenstadt Fuß läufig gut zu erreichen. Viele Treppen muss man laufen können. Fenster super , dann kein Lärm. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Supertolle Matratze. Bad sehr klein, aber ok! Wir würden wieder kommen! Danke Massimo und Guiseppe!
