We enjoyed our seven day stay. It is close to the train, restaurants and shops. All staff was very helpful and the place is clean. The WIFI is very good. There is no elevator but reception quickly found us someone to help us with our luggage for a reasonable fee. I think he was a nearby cab driver. There is a mini room kitchen with dishes and a common room kitchen.

Excellent hotel right next to the Palermo central station and 1 min walk from the Main Street of Palermo (where you will find all the main attractions). Very kind staff, the check in process was very smooth and easy. The room is comfortable and the location is everything - being right next to the station made very easy coming by train from the airport, going for a day trip to Cefalu and later going to Taormina by train. Super recommend!

This hotel was perfect for me. I had to stay one night in Palermo between transit modes, and i figured the train was easier than getting a taxi, and this place was right by the station. The rooms are clean, and functional, hot water, clean towels, easy check in, everything clearly explained in advance, etc. can not complain.

Davon hört man allerdings nichts.

The apartment wasn't very modern, but it was as advertised on the website. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The receptionists spoke good English, so it was easy to communicate with them. They also gave me great recommendations for places to visit and were always happy to answer my questions about the city, its culture, or anything else I wanted to know. The cleaning staff were also friendly and attentive whenever I saw them. The location was great and made it easy to get around the city. Since it's right in the city center, you could sometimes hear ambulances and police cars late at night. That might be a bit annoying if you're a light sleeper, but it didn't bother me. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Great location for access to Palermo Central train station Hop on hop off bus has a stop over the road Hotel was about 10 minute walk to main area of historic district However aircon didn’t work & because of location it was too noisy to keep door to balcony open Also bathroom had a musty smell , shower soap not working but that wasn’t a big issue The area is not really safe , I advise this if you feel vulnerable The staff were friendly, but they couldn’t help with aircon situation etc

Good location

Location was good. However it can also be noisey for the same reason. En-suite was cramped and let down the overall stay. Staff were always helpful and were definitely the best thing about our stay.
