Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location. So close to the beach with a lovely bakery and mini market close by. The villa was fully equipped with everything we could need. Perfectly clean and comfortable.

Great family experience!

The house was perfect for our family and we loved the location. Short walk to the beach and town! The dinner prepared by Daniela and her husband was some of the best Sicilian food I’ve ever had ( and Im Sicilian!) Our guide Josie was wonderful too. Our only complaint was the garbage system. They use very small cans that have to be taken out every night.

Great place for families!

This how was great! Also, Pietro was so informative and helpful. The house has security which made us feel better with our passports. Highly recommend it for families. My son is crawling and turned 1 while here so it was so nice there was a baby gate, play pen, and highchair, along with other baby kitchen items. Beds were comfortable and not a bad walk to the beach!

Perfect Villa for vacation

We enjoyed our vacation in this villa. Everything is perfect, you can find everything u need.. everything is new, on the terrace there is a big table , perfect lounge chairs. For small children there are a lot of toys. 5-7 minutes and u are already on the perfect beach. In 20 minutes u are already in Palermo city. Near the villa there are a lot of shops, small cafes etc. We became a bottle of champagne by check in. I definitely recommend this villa!

A very nice contemporary vacation home with all amenities. A little far from the beach though. A small plunge pool would be the perfect add on to this property. Everything worked, some of the furniture was delicate and a bit too IKEA’ish. Very nice security gate and entrance. Felt very safe. We had a couple of get together’s with local family and it worked well with both outdoor and indoor space. All in all I would recommend this property for a week or longer stay in Mondello.

Close to the beach!

Absolutely beautiful home! This place has EVERYTHING. We were in 4 homes prior and this home was the most well equipped! The kitchen has everything you need! There's a small cupboard just to the right of the stove that has spices, oil, vinegar etc. The yard is great! We loved the outdoor seating and dining table. Very safe area. The double gate was secure. The outdoor shower is great after the beach. It has hot water which is fabulous. Super easy walk to the beach. Mondello beach is beautiful. Sandy, warm and very nice and shallow. Great for children. Alle Terrazze is a beautiful place to eat right on the beach. Family market a quick drive away. Also a small mall within it. Conad is also a great place to get things you need. This also has food and clothing etc. Drive into palermo is about 20 min. Fabulous culture and handmade artisan gifts! Would stay here again!

Beautiful Vacation Home

Villa Emmanuele was wonderful. Our family of seven, which included my wife and five kids ranging from the ages of 7 to 14 along with my mother. All had a great time. There was plenty of rooms for all of us. The house was in great condition as advertised we were able to cook almost days and eat outside on the big table which seats up to eight people. There is a small market nearby where we were able to buy a few things every day. There is also a little bakery that is a few feet away from the market. My mother also was able to walk to a bigger market, which was probably a 15 minute walk. The beach is really close. About an eight minute walk and there is a shortcut through one of the neighborhoods where you can go through the gate with the key that is provided by the owner. The best part is that you have access to a private beach with a reserved spot with two lounge chairs, an umbrella and a chair. Water was nice and the kids and I had an amazing time swimming around. The area also has quite a few restaurants and gelaterias so plenty of places to eat and all within walking distance. The owner was also able to set up a driver Giovanni who was amazing, he picked us up at the airport, amazing driver and he even picked us up another day to take us to Downtown Palermo for a few hours. He also took us to where my family was from which was about 1,5 hours away and drove us to many places including a restaurant while he waited in the car for us. Anyways I could go on and on. Great place

Mondello

Das Haus war wie in der Beschreibung. Es war super und auch die Lage war top. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und gut. Es war eine sehr herzliche Begrüßung. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Es war vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Top war der Bäcker in der Nähe und auch der kleine Supermarkt war eins a. Es lohnt sich.

Prima tijd gehad in Mondello

De woning is zeer nieuw en comfortabel. Het contact met de eigenaar was uitstekend. Hij gaf ons tips voor excursies, restaurants, etc. en ook de mogelijkheid om één avond een kok bij ons in het vakantiehuis typisch Siciliaanse gerechten te laten bereiden. Kortom: we hebben genoten van een heel gastvrij verblijf en vakantiehuis.
