“Overall the property fit all of our needs. It was located in a great area of Mondello to where you could access the beach and restaurants quickly. The view was amazing! The place was outdated, but VERY clean and has everything you need. On the weekends especially, the parking lot was used as a hangout for local kids who hung out on their motorcycles and drove the parking lot all night long. No one bothered you, it was just loud and obnoxious. The host was great and responded very quickly to any……

The beach is a 5 min drive (or 20min walk) so really close and there are a few great restaurants around. # Emiliano was also a great and helpful host - would strongly recommend”

“This was the perfect spot for me and my group of friends to relax after a bustling day in Palermo. Our host Gabriele was very attentive and punctual. He was already there waiting on us to check in and was right on time when we were ready to check out. The property is gated and very private. We only wish we could have visited when it was warmer to enjoy the pool, but that shouldn't deter you as it made a great place for us to sit out and relax. 10/10 would stay here again!”

“Anna's home is so close to Mondello Beach! Plenty of room for our family and definitely bigger than the pictures make it seem. Check in was smooth and easy. She was very responsive when we couldn't get hot water but we figured it out right away. A wonderful stay.”

“The villa was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful garden, pool, outdoor kitchen and dinning/lounge area which was just renovated and beautifully done with a nice cover for rain/shade. We also loved being able to walk to restaurants and the beach. The inside was very clean, with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and good air conditioning. The views also from the place are amazing. It was nice little piece of paradise! Our family loved staying here very much!”
