10/10 Excellent

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very, very attentive. Nestled close to the peak of a mountain, it was very quite and tranquil. The food was great, loved the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The message treatment was just super! The room was also very spacious , clean and the large windows provide a tremendous scenic view."

"I didn’t like my experience in this place , the thermal water wasn’t hot enough, and open 24 hours and the ones who were hot and nice closes at 10 pm which is ridiculous , you have to pay extra for each robe , taxes at the property, and the restaurant service was the worse in the night when. I asked for a expreso and it took more than 20 mins to get it while we were freezing, our room have some licks problem in the bathroom and they changed our room for a better one , which I appreciate and the Msnsger was very attentive and nice . I won’t recommend this place , I think you can get better choices for a cheaper price. The food is very expensive too, I won’t never spend my money again , oh i forgot the night we stay the electricity went off many times ! Very scary"

"From the beginning at the front desk we were charged for taxes even though we are American citizens and Colombians as well. But because we said we entry the country by biometric standards ( which does not require the stamp at the passport ) we were charged illegally. We are going to petition de return of our tax money. We we are in Bogotá and we were exempted from taxes. Officers in immigration told us that is illegal . We are never going back to that hotel."
