“The house itself is very nice, comfortable, and the staff on site was kind and helpful. We did enjoy the property overall, and breakfast did improve slightly after we shared feedback.However, the jacuzzi was not working for our entire stay, and we later learned it had already been broken before our arrival. This was not communicated in advance, even though the jacuzzi was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Unfortunately, it was never fixed and no real compensation was offered beyond……

“It was a beautiful historic house in the old city of Cartagena. Close to the walls and most of the old city attractions. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was authentic and delicious. They customized things based on individual requests. They even did the laundry for us giving back the cloths folded. Definitely recommend staying there.”

“Clear and consistent communication with the host. Cleaning was available when needed along with transportation and other needs while at the property. The location is walking distance to all the attraction areas like Provenza and Park Llleras in Medellín, walking distance. Definitely worth checking out and would definitely stay here again.”
