「The staff was friendly, the pool was nice. Hot tub broken, breakfast was fair. My main concern was the lack of cleanliness in my room and the horrible mold smell. I’ve taken several photos of the mold and funk. I took my complaint to the front desk, the gentleman there offered to have housekeeping spray but with Lysol. He wasn’t able to offer me a different room. The walls were dirty, urine splattered near toilet, food splatter above microwave on the wall, dirt on couch cushions, separated...
「Out of most of the “cheaper” hotels this was by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in a long time. The pillows, sheets, towels they all smelled like bleach. I saw no… bugs. Which was a huge plus. I checked in late but the front desk staff was so helpful and sweet.」
