「The property and hosts exceeded all expectations. The warmth and hospitality of the hosts as well as the comfort of the property allowed us to enjoy Italy in a way that would have been impossible without staying there. 「The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. 「Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Patrizia nous a accueilli dans un esprit familial et chaleureux. Sa maison est juste magique : l’horizon infini avec verdure, fleurs&oliviers, et mer au loin est immédiatement ressourçant. Facile accès à Rome Termini en train depuis la gare de Campoleone (parking gratuit à 9min en voiture puis 25 min de train pour environ 3EUR. Parfait pour alterner repos et visites. 「Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa bellissima casetta e siamo stati molto bene. Anche la nostra cagnolona ha apprezzato molto il grande giardino e la tranquillità. 「Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. 「We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener.」

「We had a fantastic stay. Our hosts were wonderful - Incredibly welcoming, warm and supportive. They were both very helpful in offering helpful travel advice for the local area and Rome itself. The flat was perfect with all the necessary amenities. Clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for access to Romes surrounding areas. The train station is just 10 mins drive and 25minutes into Rome. We definitely hope to stay again!」
