「Very cute, awesome staff. There are some areas that were a little dated, but it was very charming overall. It felt more comfortable than most hotels, and the fireplace was amazing. 」

「The room was so cute and fairly clean. The only down side was that the pool and jacuzzi were not maintained, were dirty and green so we could not use them. The room is advertised for 3 people max but the bed did not even fit two people comfortably. Our room door did not lock at all. The staff member showed us how to lock it by pulling it close to lock but even when we put our body weight it could still be opened when we pushed it without the passcode. 「Before we book，we called the reception to inform that we have 2 young children,9y&6y, and they didn't tell us there is an additional 20USD for children,but after we arrived, the reception asked for 20USD for my children. I accepted it, but not happy about this.」

「My room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of available in-room amenities: coffee maker, fridge, iron & ironing board, tv, WiFi, microwave. The shower worked well and the towels were plush. The bed was very comfortable. I sat out on my deck every morning and had coffee to the pleasant sounds of the mountains and forest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very nice stay.」
