"Location is ideal and the apartment is spacious. Only issue was with bugs that we had to report to housekeeping to manage. The floors also did not appear to be cleaned in the eating area as there were crumbs from whoever was there last."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Picturesque on Passage. The location is great and the view is fabulous! There is some maintenance required at the property (mainly fly screens and doors that need replacing and/or repairing). The top of the fridges needs a good clean and its a bit weird having to walk through a bedroom to get downstairs. Otherwise we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay."

"This resort is brilliant for relaxing. Only 20 adults on site at any time, which provides a great ambience and chilled vibe. The transfers are magical - we chose the helicopter in, and the boat out. The food was terrific and the accommodation very good with great views. The resort is highly recommended!"

"he house was really nice, with a great pool, views, and surroundings. Our complaint was that we felt the house was not represented correctly. It worked out for us since we were all adults, but I’m not sure it would suit a family. It is listed as a four-bedroom house, but in fact, it is a two-bedroom house with a detached building that has a further two bedrooms and a bathroom included. There are 19 large outdoor steps down to these rooms, and unfortunately, it was raining most nights, so we got quite wet going to bed. These two downstairs bedrooms are actually one room separated by two steps up and no door, so they are not really two rooms and lack privacy. The back bedroom is quite pokey and claustrophobic. The standard of this downstairs space is not in keeping with the house itself.There was only one hairdryer provided for three bathrooms, the mugs and glasses didn’t match, and there could have been more crockery and cutlery provided. When paying this much for a property, this feels a bit cheap.There are also safety concerns if you had children with you, the porch around the pool is quite tall with no barrier and a drop straight onto concrete below. I don’t know if it is council compliant but it’s a long way to fall on concrete. Overall, while we appreciated the charm of the house and the stunning views, clearer communication about the property’s layout and improvements in safety and amenities would greatly enhance the experience for future guests."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool is large and perfect for a family, with a great BBQ and seating area. The view from the upstairs windows is stunning and it would be great if the overgrown plants were cut back so you could have this view from the pool.The kitchen is large and has everything you need. There were just a few little things that could be improved, like a wardrobe or chest of drawers for clothes in the upstairs bedroom and the shower screens and windows haven’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, we had a good time away and will definitely visit Airlie Beach again."
