AVAILABLE MARCH 2025! Will consider a discounted yearly rental. Here lies a hidden gem nestled on almost 1/2 acre that regularly hosted some of Hollywood’s biggest stars and Elites. The backyard is an oasis. Unwind in a private pool, (spa available at the clubhouse pool) swaying palm trees. There are a fruit trees on the property for easy picking. This vacation home is a rare opportunity to experience a piece of history & the glamour and charm of old Hollywood "ranch style" in a serene and scenic setting. The home is gated and brick walled. The Country Club is guarded/gated for ultimate security and privacy. You can also get in touch with nature by enjoying southern mountain and golf course views with visiting Canadian Geese while maintaining complete privacy. You can take advantage of the amazing nearby hiking trails! Play a round of pickle ball or tennis steps from the home in the Country Club (membership required). Want to see the snow in the desert? Take the Palm Springs Ariel Tramway roughly 25 minutes away! Enjoy high end shopping, fine dining and art exhibits 2 miles away on El Paseo, Palm Desert! Such a fun home. Very unique and funky. Kitchen amenities were amazing.... LOVED the yellow stove! The yard was very quiet and private. Victor was amazing. We had a few little quirks and he responded immediately. A hidden gem. Had a wonderful time.

Superb!

We stayed at Victor's property for the month of February, 2023 and we wish we were still there!! The house is spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. The yard, with the view of the mountains and golf course, was spectacular. There is abundant and comfortable out-door furniture and we spent a lot of time just relaxing in the yard. The mature fruit trees are amazing ... meyer lemons, oranges, and pink and white grapefruit. We picked oranges ever day for morning juice! The house is set behind gates and is private from the rest of Monterey CC, but we walked the development most days and felt right at home -- everyone says hello and waves. There was a heated community pool a very short walk from the house which could be used in addition to the private pool in the back yard. Also, the house is a few minutes from Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, as well as the shops at El Paseo and many other stores and restaurants. This house is a real find -- do not hesitate to rent it!

Peaceful Haven

Positively wonderful property! We so enjoyed the yard…lots of shade, pool, fruit trees, basketball court, gates to the circular driveway, many areas to enjoy a quiet read. Home is very spacious and encourages relaxation. Kitchen comes with everything imaginable. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Loved this home! Very interesting decor and a fantastic pool which thoroughly enjoyed. Close to tons of restaurants nearby! Golf course was also in fantastic shape.

Month in Paradise

We just spent the month of March at this beautiful home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a private oasis in Palm Desert. The backyard has so much shade that even on a 93 degree day we were never hot, which is rare for a place on a golf course. All of our needs were taken care of as Victor is an extremely responsive host and made sure our stay had no issues. The Monterery CC had a great Pickleball and tennis community where we played almost everyday. We hope that we can stay here in 2022!
