If you are looking to walk around downtown Dunedin, the location is excellent. It’s in a quiet side street but easy walking distance to downtown including a nice cut through to Dunedin brewery and other locations nearby. Would definitely stay there」

「Comfortable, no-frills stay for one or a couple. Easy access to beach as well as restaurants and shopping at John’s Pass. Handy parking, nice deck and patio with grill. A few basic items that would be helpful: kitchen linens, basic storage containers and hand soap. 」

Our unit was Sunrise and has recently been remodeled. The king size bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies! We enjoyed coffee ( Keurig and k-cups provided) each morning on the small private outside porch, bike ride thru quiet neighborhood to nature preserve only 5 minutes away.
