House was decently equipped for the month, would recommend some different kitchen dishes (not glass) and a few more utensils. Beds were decently comfortable and all bedrooms had a fan and tv. Livingroom was comfortable with large tv. The shared bathroom shower is a small stall and needs a lip of some sort installed to help keep water from running into...

「Even with ongoing construction and the weather too cold to enjoy the pool/hot tub, this was a comfortable place to stay in a very convenient location. And with two full bathrooms! Neil communicated frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend!」

Very quiet although in the middle of a large beach area neighborhood. 5 -10 Min drive to all major beaches or park beaches (Vanderbilt and Collier Park). Great area for shopping and restaurants, even a Dunkin' Donuts in walking distance for morning coffee. Would highly recommend and will possibly come...
