room was clean and roomy. the only negative is the air conditioner, they are very loud and if you raise the temperature over 68 you will get a musty smell. location is great 5 minutes to bonita beach and many restaurants.

I go to Ft Myers area at least 4x/yr, typically more. First time at this hotel. 3 stars, if that. Definitely not as nice as photos. Outdoor pool and sitting areas are very nice, clean, comfortable. Staff at desk were all friendly, helpful. Gym is really bad. Outdated equipment, weird selection of equipment. Dangerous, actually, to put out an un-anchored TRX unit, with zero direction as to how someone might use it. No place to use headphones or to put your phone if watching or listening during workouts. Total deal-breaker. Lobby ok. $6 for a below mediocre coffee also a deal-breaker. Rooms woefully outdated. Cheap foam overly firm mattress, barely any covers. Pillows were ok, maybe too soft for many. No plugs near bed--another deal-breaker. Most of us use our phones as alarm clocks--if you can't (& I mean can't-not just inconvenient)plug in your phone, how do you know what time it is/set a wake-up alarm? Landline and all plugs are across the room. Furniture and flooring clean, but very outdated and a bit beat up. WiFi is TERRIBLE. Have to trek around the floor for microwave--just put them in the rooms! Annoying to carry food around the halls. No signs of where the floor microwave and ice room was--had to walk around the floor with my plate to find it. At least put up an arrow and sign by the elevator-??? Location was fairly convenient. Didn't use restaurants. Bathroom products (shampoo, cond, body wash, body lotion) -only used the wash, which was fine. Ample parking.

Room was great. Nice view from the balcony. Staff seemed nice. We did not get room service at all—but we could have if we needed it. Beds comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and glad they sign out beach towels at front desk. Great location.

We booked this room for one reason was on site dining according to Internet. We saw that it served until 9:30 PM. Then the guy working at the desk told us that it was open until 9 PM. When we went into The lake House restaurant, there was a staff of three in the corner, and no one approached us. He said ourselves. There was a full bar of people who are eating. It was 8:30 PM. We went to staff, after waiting for about five minutes. Staff reported that the kitchen was closed at 8:30 PM, so we went elsewhere. It was very disappointing and inconvenient. We had been traveling all day and understand that we arrived later. Probably would not have chosen this place if the restaurant was going to be closed. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the room was comfortable. We were there for less than 12 hours.

Everything about our stay was great except for one thing. In the morning while checking out I opened the curtains to get some light inside. At that point I noticed that the white curtain behind the black out was covered in black mold. I took a photo and showed it to the clerk on the way out, but that caused me some concern. I slept next to that thing all night. Other than that the place was great, neat decor, parking was close, friendly staff, loved the bathroom and shower. TV a little small for 2026 but hey, we weren't there to watch TV.

Nice bnk property but I arrived 2 hours early and the man would not let me check in early even though leoom was ready. I went to Pool until 345 pm and went back and he said its not 4 pm and refused to let me check-in so I sat in chairnin lobby and 4 minutes later he let a no other couple check-in at 352 pm. I travel frequently for past 30 years and never was told I would have to pay extra to check In early, I completely understand if room was not ready but this was a little unkind especially at 345 pm when check-in is 4pm. I felt he was unfriendly and he asked me if I wanted housekeeping daily and I said yes but in 4 nights only had housekeeping once. Thank you
