A maximum of 10 people are allowed at the property overnight. An additional 4 people can be at the property during daytime hours. Daytime is defined as 10 am to 10 pm.

A maximum of five cars can be parked at the property at any given time.

Guests are responsible for any and all property damages during their stay.
