Communication prior to the stay was excellent and the host was very accommodating. The property was perfect for us. One block from the convention center, it was clean, comfortable, secure. The area was quiet and peaceful during our stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect paradise

This is a little paradise away from home very private and just perfect… The host and the property manager were delightful and we enjoyed our stay so much! They have extra amenities like luxury bath towels, and bathrobes, and it was just delightful and I will go back again and again!

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful townhome. The property was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The private pool and spa were a huge bonus as were the gorgeous mountain views. Thank you for a lovely getaway! We will certainly plan to stay here again when we visit Palm Springs.

The location was great to easily walk into town and enjoy the wide range of dining experiences. The condo was exactly as advertised; clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication was also really good making for an easy check in/out process.

Perfect Getaway Location

We loved our stay, the condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, just as advertised. Everything was well stocked, from the towels to anything you would need in the kitchen.Communication was A. Bob was incredibly communicative and responsive. Check in/out was a breeze. The home is centrally located in Palm Springs. Close to everything. The amenities are as described and better. It's in a very quiet location and the property is gated. Looking forward to staying at this home in the future. Bob is a great host and very accommodating.

A perfect getaway in Palm Springs

Great location, very comfortable apartment with a private pool and hot tub….who could ask for more. I appreciated the in person check-in process. Really makes one feel welcomed. Would stay here again and again, even though, it seems very roomy for one person. I enjoyed the space a lot.

Perfect Respite

We love Palm Springs, so we took a gamble on visiting during the peak of summer. This condo was the perfect choice -- great location near downtown Palm Springs, spacious and comfortable floorplan, very nicely appointed, and the private pool was a great way to beat the heat. The owner and property managers were very accommodating hosts. Altogether made for a lovely, restful weekend escape.

Perfect in every way

This property is only a 15-20 minute walk to the strip which means we could avoid parking issues. The listing description does not do it justice. The views of the mountains are wonderful with my morning coffee. The pool and spa were spotless and so refreshing in the heat. The kitchen was well equipped. I would give 10 stars if the app would let me. Already plan to re-book this property next May.

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The communication and check-in process were seamless—simple, hassle-free, and without an overwhelming flood of emails or extra contracts to sign. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was even more stunning than the photos. It offers plenty of space for two people, but what truly sets it apart is the private courtyard. The pool and sauna create a luxurious, spa-like retreat, and the one-touch controls for the sauna make it effortless to use. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Location, location, location!

We had an amazing stay at this one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo in Palm Springs! The private pool with spa was an absolute dream—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun in complete privacy. It faces west, so you can see the beautiful sunset over the mountain The condo itself was beautifully maintained, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill by the pool. The location was fantastic—just a quick four-minute drive to downtown, which made it super easy to enjoy all the great restaurants, shops, and galleries Palm Springs has to offer, while still being able to retreat to a quiet, peaceful space at the end of the day.We had excellent communication with the owner and property manager. Check in and check out were a breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Palm Springs. We’ll definitely be back!

Cozy getaway

We ended up having colds, and it rained a lot for half the time! But, we were in luck with this comfy, quiet welcoming home. Hot tub, fire place and some playing cards got is through. (Side note- I like how the TV isn't part of the environment) Weather got nice and we went out to play during the day, and enjoy a nice place to relax at night. Little getaway
