A lovely stay

Perfect property to hang out with kids and grand kids, pool and hot tub were a big hit, lots of socializing areas both inside and out. Highly recommend!!

Great property, great location

Our family had a lot of fun here. The layout was wide open but with privacy when you needed it, had all the amenities you could ask for (the kitchen, entertainment center and pool was top notch) and the host was as accommodating as you could be (given the sensitive neighbor directly behind the property). Would stay here again, thanks for the hospitality!

Perfect Stay

The house in immacutely clean, beautifully decorated in the "Palm Springs" sytle and very spacious. We love to cook and the kitchen did not disappoint, with everything you could possibly need to make an amazing meal. The backyard is fabulous with lots of places to lounge and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. We were a bit disappointed by the location of the house on a large street across from a school, but once we got inside, it was a non-issue. We will definitly stay again.

Wonderful outdoor living

This property is wonderful for a friends/family get away. We had 4 adults and everyone had their own space, plus the meeting area to eat/watch tv/play games. The outdoor space is perfectly arranged for fun in the sun, and where we spent the majority of our time. The kitchen is well appointed and the managers were attentive and gracious. Absolutely worth it!!

Palm Springs Getaway

I cannot say enough great things about this home! It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and very comfortable! The beds were super comfortable, the bedding was luxurious, and the kitchen had everything we needed! The home was very high tech, but all of the controls were very easy to use. The property exceeded our expectations in every way.

Great place

Super fun and good layout for two families w kids. Or for four couples. Large enough and great backyard. Furniture and linens were clean and nice. The only “issue” we had was that the master door was not lined up and wouldn’t close. Besides that the place was excellent.

The beds were comfy and I slept so well. It was a hot summer weekend but with the umbrellas the pool was still refreshing. The only thing I wasn’t aware of before staying in Palm Springs was the super strict rules about music. I love music and it doesn’t need to be loud but just in the background outside and because of the threat of $1000 fine and immediate eviction we were in the pool with it completely quiet. It just doesn’t feel like a special occasion or even a normal day for me without some music. So that has nothing to do with the property itself and is a city rule. Makes me wonder if I should go back to Palm Springs with that rule. It would make more sense to have quiet hours and a decibel requirement.

Really nice "vibe" overall with a great layout and I appreciated the art/decor very much. Fantastic having as much tv access as there is. The home and location worked very well for my long term stay. I would like to point out Altamira provided wonderful service. They were incredibly responsive and helpful when I had questions or needed assistance. Would def work with Altamira again.

Everything felt fresh, new and tasteful. The kitchen had every plate, utensil, pans/pots that you needed. We loved the pool area and the comfortable elegance throughout the home. Fun times

We really enjoyed our time at the property. The pool and hot tub were great!!! One of my only negatives were that the pillows in both master suites were rock hard! But with that being said I would definitely recommend this property

Great location and everything was new and fresh.

Very tasteful and well done. Everything was new and modern. We had everything you could need. Check in process was very easy. Only one item needs replacement…the dishwasher is on its last leg…the rest was perfect. Back yard and pool is amazing. Thank you…we will be back!
