Spacious, sunny 3BD/2BA Entire Condo, all one story with walk-in showers in Gated Community of Palm Springs Country Club. Community pool and spa. Large front deck for breakfast, and Beautiful back deck with barbecue grill, large table and views of the mountain.
Back bedrooms both have sliding patio doors to the back patio. Patio doors in living room and dining room open to the spacious front deck with ceiling fans.

Very comfortable for a long stay

Claudia was very responsive and easy to deal with. The unit is nicely furnished inside. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. Sadly, the outdoor patio and landscaping has long been neglected, but I would gladly stay there again.

Everything was great. Excellent communication with owner. Very well stocked. Spacious and comfortable. Huge patios. Very nice neighbors. Was there during Easter and complex was quiet and uncrowded. Absolutely no complaints would stay here again.

Beautiful comfortable condo

This home was lovely, very well equipped and extremely comfortable located in a quiet, beautiful, friendly community. We felt at home right away. Because of the pandemic our family and friends were not able to come out and join us so it was much bigger than we needed but we enjoyed it immensely. Only negative was the patio landscaping.

This is a very comfortable condo with beautiful surroundings.

We stayed here in January and loved the condo and the area. There are citrus trees throughout the property and residents and guests can pick grapefruit, oranges, tangerines and a variety of other citrus fruits. The pool and hot tub were nice. The condo was well equipped with all the amenities required. Visitors are close to grocery stores, restaurants and only a short drive to downtown. The condo is close to I-10 and CA 111 for easy access Joshua Tree NP and the cities east of Palm Springs.

Winter Getaway

Rented this lovely villa that was new to the market. We really lucked out as most items were first time used by us. Very quiet location other than you do hear the planes taking off throughout the day. There are 2 hot tubs and a pool close by the unit. We used the hot tubs but do plan on waiting 2 hrs for them to heat in the winter months. The villa had everything you would need for your stay but I would recommend they supply pool towels. The beds and the living room furniture is very comfy but the sofa beds are not. Overall experience was good unfortunately Palm Springs had weather issues this year which made things interesting. We did find find the Palm Springs area quite windy. I would recommend this place if you want somewhere quiet and close to downtown Palm Springs which we loved. You will need a car to get around. The owners Deb and Fred and Claudia the Property Manager were great to work with if we had any requests. Overall the Villa was wonderful. Will miss all the wonderful Citrus fruit trees Cindy and Paul
