The fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The fifth bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.

The large chef’s kitchen is recently updated with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a Viking professional gas range.

Sand Acre is surrounded by manicured grounds with a private tennis court. The in-ground pool and spa feature an oversized patio area and poolside cabana.
