Perfect family getaway

Our family of five (kids ages 15, 12 & 9) enjoyed our quiet time together. We appreciated the beach towels & swim floaties available. Good selection of kitchen tools (pans, baking sheets, etc), although the knives in the butcher block could use sharpening. We also appreciated the access to the washer & dryer and the garage door opener.

Lovely House

We stayed over Christmas/January with my daughter's family and it was a perfect size for our needs. Lots of bedrooms and a den for my SIL to work from. The pool and hot tub are wonderful, there are great pool inflatables in the garage. Also in the garage are two bikes which are quite good. The master bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet are huge, the king bed is very comfortable. My daughter was less happy with the king bed in the front bedroom. She said that it caved in the middle. Lots of cupboard space and lots of dishes and cookware, including spices and condiments. It is located in a gated community where you must show ID and your guest pass to get in every time. Sadly we were not allowed to use the clubhouse as we didn't have a signed lease agreement. Very much enjoyed our stay here. The lemon tree was a nice surprise!

Perfect place for family to work, learn, sightsee

Our family spent the COVID winter here, with two adults working from home and two kids online learning. Super fast Internet, lots of space for everyone (though we brought two extra desks with us), a fully equipped kitchen that has it all (I now want a waffle iron, which I never thought I'd need in my own home). Not to mention the hot tub and pool, which we enjoyed some combination of almost every day, even on the coolest 60-degree winter days of which there were few. 30-minute drive to Joshua Tree, where we spent many weekends. Tim the property manager was super responsive and quick to service anything that needed it. Bring your own streaming devices (we had our Xbox One and hooked it up to the living room TV), or else you'll be channel surfing.

Excellent trip!

The house is in an excellent neighborhood, you feel even safer knowing they have 24 hour security at the gate. The pool and hot tub were both amazing, we enjoyed the backyard putting green as well. The house looks small from the outside, but it’s very roomy inside, plenty of space for gathering several people if you need. The house was immaculate, and all of the beds were comfy. There are plenty of options for food and dining just a few blocks up, and if you’re looking for a fun casual golf course, try the Lights at Indio, day or night under the lights, it’s a great course for beginners and is cool to play at night! I would highly recommend the property, and look forward to coming back again!

Enjoyed our stay!

This is a wonderful and very comfortable home to stay in. It was nice to have lots if provided essential’s. My only complaint is the carpet had some spots on it. Property management was a pleasure to work with. We will be coming back in the future!

Terra Lago House

I really enjoyed my stay at this rental. The house was clean and was full of the extras that I didn’t have to worry about such as shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, etc. The pool and jacuzzi were great and it was a really nice and quiet neighborhood and had excellent walking paths.

Perfect Senior Citizen Golf Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in this spacious and well appointed home. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is great for getting to and from the many golf courses in the area. However, you must show your driver's license every time you go through the entry gate which becomes a bit tiresome after a week or so. The kitchen is very nice with a good supply of all the necessities. We enjoyed the spa after golfing each day which helped with sore muscles. We hope to return next year.

Perfect Relaxation!

This place was perfect for our family. It’s very secure. The pool and spa provided many hours of entertainment for the kids. The house was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Very close to the casino and main highway/freeway.

Pros: Spacious common areas; very well equipped kitchen; garage large enough for 2 vehicles; lovely pool and jacuzzi. Very safe as the gate guards will not admit anyone who is not on the list. Management company sympathetic and responsive. Cons: Owner slow to respond to questions and phone calls. Lots of issues with check in because of this. However, once we were in the house and found an issue with the AC, owner had someone out very quickly and issue was resolved.
