Stay was amazing! Highly recommended. The atmosphere felt calm, cute with a side of romance. Front staff was polite and accommodating. Pool was sparkling clean, jacuzzi was just right. Parking was easy and getting in after hours was a breeze. The bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. Restaurant was under construction but it didn't take away from my stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

I did not use the pool. The weather was too cold, but the pool and it surroundings are great. I must say I was affraid of the renovation going on, but it was completely isolated so ot didn't bother us at all. Staff was awesome too.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff were kind and thorough with explaining policy and everything we needed to know. The room was immaculate with that gorgeous Spanish style; arched doorways, Thick adobe walls. The whole property was beautiful with bougainvilleas and guava trees. It’s kind of walled off from the world, you wouldn’t guess it was just a block from downtown. The pool was heated and the spa had plenty of jets. I’m hoping to make coming to Los Arboles a Christmas tradition!!

Very well maintained. The landscaping was beautiful and hospitable to hummingbirds. The pool area was enjoyable. Within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The coffee maker could have been better, but we enjoyed our stay.

We checked in late and were given instructions to check in on our own as the front desk leaves at 5pm. However, check in was easy. The property was quiet and well maintained. Our room was clean.
