Built in 1963, the Palmer & Krisel designed Mid-century Modern enclave has been featured in Don’t Worry Darling and fashion shoots. Featured on the 2025 Modernism Week Community Home Tour, this recently remodeled home is faithful to the time period but features upgrades for your comfort throughout.
This turnkey property is stylishly decorated to fit the era and features a unique, double-gabled roof that fills the living room with light and a wall of sliders that opens onto the patio and frames the breathtaking mountain views! There are 2 generously sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a den/dedicated office workspace, all featuring custom lighting, remote-controlled window shades and wood-bladed ceiling fans to add to the stylish décor.
