Staff and facilities were excellent. We were celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary and without prompting, they did little nice things to observe the occasion. Mister Parker was a fantastic restaurant for dinner and Norma was a must visit place for breakfast.

Stayed here for a weekend — beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. The grounds and landscaping truly felt like a desert oasis, and the pools were perfect for lounging. The only small hiccup was a missed birthday accommodation I had requested for my girlfriend. The front desk was kind in acknowledging it, but unfortunately it never made it to the room. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning so it can be improved for future guests.

Was slightly underwhelmed with the stay particularly as this is a five star hotel. It was their slow season but staff and service was often slow. Overall it is still a fabulous hotel with many nice amenities. I just expect more for the prices they charge.

I booked my room via expedia. I ended up paying 5ish what was originally quoted from expedia by the hotel in resort fees and taxes. The extra taxes tacked on to everything make no sense. I was also double billed for food at the pool. I will never stay at the Parker again.

The additional fees and taxes upon checkout were exorbitant. Parking for one night was $52 USD (there is nowhere else to park but at the hotel). All of that, plus a poolside lunch, ended up costing almost double what the room cost.

Everything is perfectly thought of and implemented. Very clean property staff are extremely professional and friendly. Rooms are amazing clean everything works everything is as you expect is to be and that’s a big one for me. The only thing that is a minor curiosity for me is the entire resort does not have any area to drop off waste or trash and the property is pet friendly. You can not find any trash can anywhere period. I did take my pet Shiba with me so that was bit weird since I do my end to drop off my pet waste in bags. everything else fantastic and food and restaurants are also amazing.

There was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The rooms were lovely and the staff were very friendly. The on-site dining experience excellent. We enjoyed our food and ate dinner each night there.

This would be an “excellent” rating except for the $45/daily parking fee (in a suburban area) and the $50/daily facilities fee. An extra $200+ (there are taxes on top of the fees) for a 2 night stay is not a great look. Hotel did remove facilities charges when questioned about them, since I was there on business and didn’t use pool or gym or spa. Otherwise, hotel is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ resort.

Parker took us in after our first choice was sold out. Great hotel. Love walking around the grounds. Great pool great service. Have dinner at Mr Parker while staying there

We stayed for two nights last week- we had no turn-down service and no one ever cleaned our room. When I gently told them at check out, they said they would look into it and get back to me- and no one ever did. I was really disappointed and wouldn't stay there again. I was especially annoyed because I didn't start by giving them a bad review- I started by bringing it directly to their attention to they could fix the situation.

It’s a beautiful property. I enjoyed a lot of the experience but felt generally nickled and dimed. Few issues - shower temperature was difficult to control, and was burning hot. No reasonable upper limit was set to protect guests. - I had a garden view room and the door and screen were consistently off their track making it hard to open and close - the family pool service attendants were reactive and didn’t ask us what we wanted until after we went up to the attendant stand - similarly in the spa, took 30 minutes to find an employer in the spa are who eventually found the attendant who took our order - on asking for crudités and ranch, which came out on a side plate with hummus (which we added vegetables) the full plate surcharge was $30, $15 for the ranch which was larger than the small side plate of veggies. I don’t care about the money but it’s silly add a room service charge to add vegetables and ranch. - valet parking was slow, the two requests took over 20 minutes and the attendants don’t find the drivers or have any way of requesting notice while being in the lobby.

Amazing property! They have everything onsite, multiple restaurants, lounge/bar area, 2 pools and lots of activities. We didn't want to leave the hotel property. I would definitely go back!
