Sun Haven Escape - Would Highly Recommend

We stayed with a group of 6 and it was just wonderful. We all had our own bedroom, plenty of seating, a working gas fireplace and heated hottub. We enjoyed the house and had plenty of room. Would highly recommend. House also includes EV charger in the 2-car garage and two garage door openers.

Home is lovely and clean. Backyard is west facing so pool is in full Sun from noon on. Patio is small and more shaded area would be nice. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

Friends Reunion

We get together once a year (3 couples) who are longtime friends. This year we decided to spend NYE together. The property offered nice bedroom bath accommodations for 3 couples in therms of privacy’s and individual bathroom facilities. The bathrooms are modern with great shower facilities. The decor is definitely a Palm Springs vibe. Nice kitchen amenities. Acme was extremely responsive to our needs. A few little minor items brought to their attention were immediately taken care of. We enjoyed our stay!

Girls Trip

PROS: House was very clean and kitchen had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Easy drive into downtown. Sunny by the pool midday and in afternoons. Four queen rooms were a plus for a friends trip. Home was spacious and did not have cheap furnishings. Views of the mountains from several bedrooms. Generally quiet neighborhood. Decor had the colorful contemporary vibe we were looking for in Palm Springs. CONS: We couldn’t figure out the tvs and couldn’t get cable or apps on most of them but this was not important enough to call for help. Gas tank for outdoor fire was empty when we arrived so we didn’t end up using it. Upon arrival the house was filled with gas. Someone had left an unlit burner open possibly for days. The situation was handled promptly but it did delay us getting settled in by a couple of hours on our arrival day.

Fabulous for a long weekend with a group. 5 of us had a blast, everything clean and laid out well. Everything you could need was at house. We really enjoyed the pool and spa!

Although the neighborhood is in transition (some houses much nicer than others) this house is beautifully appointed and easy to enjoy. Everything we needed was readily available and my communication with the management company was GREAT!! They anticipated our needs and wrote the nicest notes to make our stay the best.

Spacious and Open

Modern-style home on a corner lot offers large open kitchen with two sinks. Kitchen overlooks beautiful living room and outdoor patio/pool area. Attached laundry room with sink is especially convenient for pet feeding. The centered kitchen also opens to a desk/work area and a large dining area with a separate table that was great for working a puzzle. The primary bedroom is extra spacious and the remaining 3 bedrooms are ample and well-decorated. Pool area was very pleasant, especially with how the spa water runs over into the pool like mini-waterfalls. An abundance of seating... 5 conversations areas are comfortably set up. We visited in August and appreciated the large floats for lounging on the water. This was a girls family trip-- mother, daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, plus the dog. We found the property to be extra-well equipped: kitchen, toiletries, towels, seating (indoors and out). We stayed at Sun Haven for 4 nights and 3 days and would definitely do this again!

Spectacular stay

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with this spotless home. The house is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need - comfy beds, luxurious towels, extensive dishes/bar ware, utensils, pots/pans, spices. The salt water pool was our kids favorite for endless hours of swimming. Great, quiet neighborhood and convenient location. We hope to be able to visit this special house again!

Pictures really don’t do justice to this beautiful home. Very well appointed, great location. Backyard is lovely with hot tub and heated pool. Property management company was very helpful. There is a bit of airplane landing noise which starts at 6:00 am but we got used to it.

Great week away

The property was great. We would definitely stay here again but just one little issue. The sofa is extremely deep. You can't sit straight with your back against the sofa. For young folks that's probably not an issue but if you need back support it's a problem. The house was well-equipped, very clean, outside was great, really loved the house and neighborhood. If the sofa isn't an issue this is a perfect house!!

We had a great visit! The house was well maintained and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed; the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. We had the best time. Place was awesome!!! Hot tub was our highlight. Pool was also great. Furnishings are spot on. The only critique would be that the master should have a king size bed. Highly recommend 👌
