Perfect gateway private oasis

The best place to enjoy a private pool directly from your bedroom, living room and bathroom. Just open the sliding door and you’re in paradise. This house screams vacation! the minute you step in. Loved the architecture and the atrium. Beautiful decoration, well equipped kitchen, perfect AC system for hot weather. I would go back anytime. Such a special place. Our family loved it. Would book again

Quiet & private desert oasis

Located in a quiet gated community in the heart of Palm Springs. Perfect getaway for a family of four looking to just relax for a couple of days. Unit is definitely dated, but was very clean! Highlights: pool & hot tub were gorgeous and a perfect way to beat the heat (>100 deg F outside every day), AC inside the house was beautiful & included in the price, really liked the art throughout the home. Low point: TV system never really worked. Would definitely visit again!

Great Retreat

I recently stayed at a vacation rental that had many positive aspects, but also a few areas that could use some improvement. The home itself is lovely, and the location is truly fantastic—peaceful, scenic, and conveniently close to local attractions. However, the backyard, which had so much potential, was somewhat disappointing. The pool is a great feature, but the grab bar is in need of repairs, which made us a bit hesitant to use it as much as we would have liked. The patio furniture, though functional, was stained and sun-damaged, which took away from the overall comfort and aesthetic. Additionally, there were ripped curtains and rods in the outdoor area held together by rusted clamps, which detracted from the otherwise charming ambiance. With a bit of attention to these details, this rental could be an absolute gem. The location and the home’s layout are already excellent, but investing in some updates to the backyard would make a huge difference in the overall experience.

Nice but could use some upgrades!

Everything was easy, however I didn’t like that they couldn’t accommodate us with an early check in or out! Make sure to request anything you need 2-3 days before your trip. House was spacious. However, the master room bed is very soft and caves into the middle. It would be nice if the owners updated the beds to be more comfortable. Second, the icemaker and water maker didn’t work on the fridge which was a bummer the fridge didn’t get super cold, which also was a downer. However, they have everything you need to prepare food. My one suggestion would be that the owner would update his grill as most people like to cook from their destinations and then go out. Otherwise, everything was accommodating for the price. We will definitely be back however not sure if we will upgrade on the house or stick with the same house we used because it was convenient.

Absolutely Stunning

This property exceeded our expectations and made a very special time even more memorable. The house itself is massive. Theres enough space that four adults arent stepping on each others toes. All of the details are beautifully thought out. The artwork and sculptures befit the Palm Springs experience. There was even a beautifully decorated orange tree (sounds strange but was gorgeous) in the living room that was a wonderful welcome. All of the amenities, such as appliances, fixtures, beddings, and towels, were high quality. The outdoor pool area is serene and private. The location is wonderful. Only 10 minutes to Downtown Palm Springs and there were grocery stores and essentials a mile away. Nothing is perfect and only a handful of negatives: the garage is not available so beware if you have a car you'd want inside (its a safe neighborhood). The TV remote was complicated and frustrating. Even with a pair of Millenials, including one that worked for NASA, it took a few days to really understand it. And the fireplace, despite being gentle with the gas release, had a small leak as we'd smell it once the fire had been on for a while and the alarm would sound off. We decided not to use it after this happened twice. But overall, it was perfection. My Mum stated it was the nicest accommodation she's ever had and the most memorable Christmas because of this house. It was ideal for what we needed and was an amazing treat. We were very sad to leave!

Beautifully appointed home

You can tell this home is very cherished by the owner. So many sweet details and unique decor. Beautiful quiet gated community. Communication with Vacasa is difficult and definitely wish we could have had concerns addressed with more ease. Not a reflection on the beautiful home at all, Vacasa just doesn’t work to create the most personal experiences which is a shame with such a special property

Shaded pool was the best!

Inside was clean upon arrival. Outside was not cleaned. Living Room TV did not have the cable working. Used the bedroom TV for cable. Complicated electronics made it difficult to enjoy music. The pool was small but once cleaned after the hurricane, it was great. Shade came about 2pm which was a huge plus due to the hot temperatures the week we were there

Private, calming space!

Just a lovely space designed mid century modern with real home touches every where. Beds super comfy, main shower is total spa haven. Lots of natural light throughout. The home is a little older and worn but has a great vibe and feels good! Fun, private outdoor pool area, fantastic speaker system. Lots and lots a private patio and atrium spaces to relax. Great home for adults!
