The beautiful Villa “Moli dels Reis” is situated on a vast plot of land outside of Palma de Mallorca and will offer everything you need for fantastic holidays close to the capital and the sea. The 320 m² villa extends across 2 floors and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 11 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suited for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, a television, while a baby crib and a highchair are available on request. On the first floor, you will find a spacious balcony with deck chairs, gorgeous views over the landscape and onto the mountains as well as a pool for you to cool off. The extensive private outdoor area on the ground floor boasts gardens with palm trees, open and covered terrace spaces with a lovely dining area and a barbecue, where you can have breakfast and spend the evenings with a glass of wine while you enjoy the sunsets. Furthermore, the property even features a tennis court as an additional highlight. Within 2-5 minutes by car, you will find several supermarkets, shops and restaurants. From a bus stop 600 m from the property, you can get to the vibrant center of Palma in about 20 minutes. A 10-minute drive (9 km) will get you to Cala Major beach, and numerous scenic beaches and coves are within 15-20 minutes by car. The international airport is a 15-minute drive (15 km) from the villa.
