Migjorn - 10 metres away from the beach

Beautiful villa situated in front of the beach of palma, in a quiet and well communicated area with supermarkets, bakeries, bars and parking in the proximity. The property offers 4 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 complete bathrooms, one of them en suite. Furthermore you will find at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with sea views.



If you are looking for a terrace where you can enjoy sunbathing in front of the sea, relax in the sunbeds or prepare a summer meal on the barbecue with friends and family, this is the perfect house for you!

All bookings include free of charge all mains water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (oil, gas or propane heating). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has air conditioning and central heating in all bedrooms and common areas of the house.

The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' peace and quiet must be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

An amazing stay!

A really amazing stay at Migjorn! The property was perfect, exactly as advertised. Location couldn’t be better, right across the street from the beach. The owner of the property was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful too.
