Relaxing and beauitful

What a lovely place to stay. Loved it! Only thing we needed is air conditioning, otherwise perfect.

Der Ablauf war super unkompliziert. Da wir im Dunkeln angekommen sind, hatten wir zunächst Schwierigkeiten die Einfahrt zu finden, da man eine sehr lange Straße wirklich bis fast zum Ende fahren muss es nicht so aussieht als würden dort noch Häuser kommen. Das Grundstück und das Haus waren toll und gepflegt. Als wir ankamen waren die Textilien etwas klamm, aber alles keine große Sache. Es war genügend Platz da und es hat alles funktioniert. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren zu 4 dort , und hatten da ein schönen Aufenthalt , wir wurden informiert das jemand kommt und einmal den Rasen mäht , was uns nicht gestört hat , auch um den Pool wurde sich gekümmert , Kommunikation war Einwand frei ! Die Terasse ist sehr einladet ! Gerne wieder

Die Lage, der Garten, das Pool, ... wir hatten echt ein angenehmes Aufenthalt. Gerne Angebote senden Die Matzratzen und Kissen, Mosquito Nezt an den Fenstern auch wegen den Eidechsen. Gartenmöbel sollte man auch mal tauschen. Den Rand des Pools besser reinigen.

Tolle Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Finca von Portic Villas. Die Lage ist super, wenn man Ruhe wünscht, aber trotzdem nah an Palma und dem Meer sein möchte. Eine tolle Anlage mit viel Privatsphäre und perfekte Ausgangslage um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Portic Villas war schnell und unkompliziert. So wurde auf Anfrage gegen die kalten Nächte im Oktober ein Stapel Decken geliefert. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über die Willkommensspeisen :-) und den flexiblen Check-out. Vielen Dank dafür! -

Grand jardin paisible, une belle piscine, pas de vis a vis. Environnement très reposant. Tres pratique de par sa proximité avec l'aeroport. Interieur et mobilier vieillisant, literie moyenne, pas de climatisation ni ventilateur et pas de quoi eloigner les nombreux moustiques... On a neanmoins passé un tres bon we entre amis. -

Ein Traum!!

Ein Traum! Die Villa und das Anwesen sind einfach unglaublich, sehr angenehm ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nur 5 Auto min von der Stadt Arenal entfernt. Die Villa hält definitiv das was sie verspricht. Der Pool ist unglaublich groß und lädt zum schwimmen und Badespass ein und dad Grundstück ist super weitläufig und mit einer umwerfenden Pflanzen Vielfalt bestückt. Die Villa an sich lässt keine Wünsche offen, genug Platz, gute Ausstattung und alles sauber und ordentlich. Ein ganz großes Plus ist auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, sie standen zur jeder Uhrzeit für Rückfragen bereit m und konnten diese umgehend klären. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmsten empfehlen und würde definitiv wieder kommen! -
