Villa Maravilla - with private swimming pool

Villa Maravilla is a luxurious villa on two floors with top quality finishes. It has six bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, plus a guest bathroom close to the dining area. The interior is modern and welcoming, with designer furniture and contemporary decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has a large dining table, perfect for all the guests.



Outside, Villa Maravilla offers a wonderful swimming pool, comfortable sunbeds, a furnished area for sharing snacks, a chill out area and an exclusive Jacuzzi. There is also a garage area. This property is located just a few metres from the beach, restaurants and leisure activities, with easy access to the motorway to travel to any part of the island.



Public transport: less than 200 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in just 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning and centralized heating in all rooms and common areas of the property.



Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

Lovely Villa, Excellent Location

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt . Einige kleinere Reparaturen wären nötig. So ging ein Schloss nicht, und die Spülmaschine hatte Probleme. Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge oder Partyurlaub. Preis durch 12 geteilt ebenfalls fair.

Die Liegenschaft sehr schön und entspricht auch dem was auf der Webseite angezeigt wird. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und auch sehr modern, auch bei der Sauberkeit konnten wir nichts aussetzten. Zudem ist der Service von der Vermieteragentur ausgesprochen exzellent! Man die Agentur während den Bürozeiten für alle Anfragen/Probleme kontaktieren und für dringende Notfälle am Wochenende beispielsweise steht eine Notfallnummer zur Verfügung. Des weiteren haben wir uns in dem Haus enorm sicher gefühlt (Zaun ums Haus und mehrere Kameras) trotz der Nähe zum Strand und Partydistrikt. Ich würde das Haus sofort wider buchen und kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful spacious home one block form the ocean.

The home is very new and nice, it fit our group and we did not feel cramped or on top of each other. The house is well equipped in the kitchen areas and outside. It was January and the pool is not heated so we did not get to use it, but it is as beautiful as the pic shows. Also note that if you have more than what is registered in your group (we had to get 2 houses to fit our entire group) the people that are not registered at the house are not allowed, (signs everywhere) we probably would have not rented this house if we would have known this prior to putting down a deposit. The other house allowed other so it worked out ok. Overall we had a great time and loved having a nice clean safe place to go back to each night!

Perfekte Lage und Villa die nahezu alles bietet, HotSpot, Ruhe und Ausgangspunkt für Mallorca Trips

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 11 Personen da und haben die Villa als gemeinsamen Ort genutzt, egal wer was vorhatte - hier findet man in der Tat Ruhe, Auszeit und Action binnen weniger Meter. Autos auf dem Grundstück geparkt (5-6 Stck.) Die Technik im Haus ist top, Kleinigkeiten würden es perfekt machen - aber wenn die Sonne scheint genießt man einfach nur auf dem Deck! Top Haus, wenn auch hier und da nicht zu 100% perfekt aber sicher eines der Top Locations für Freunde oder Familie an der Platja de Palma

Genau wie beschrieben. Zentral und doch sehr ruhig.

Wir waren mit 12 Personen in dem Haus und wurden von Anfang an positiv überrascht. Tolles Haus in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zum "Deutschen Eck" und Bierkönig, ist es sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts schön ruhig. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es ist sauber, groß und die Terrasse bietet den ganzen Tag Sonne. Ferner gibt es einen hauseigenen Parkplatz für mindestens zwei PKW. Somit bestand kein Risiko von Vandalismus. Wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Eines der schönsten Häuser in El Arenal. Wir wurden ebenfalls sehr gut von MHV betreut. Top Leistung insgesamt.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeber hat uns gleich freundlich empfangen und mit wichtigen Infos versorgt.Kann ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfohlen werden.Alles vorhanden, was man so im täglichen Leben braucht.Restaurants und Super Markt in der Nähe. Perfektes Domizil mit sehr hohem Standard

Sehr schönes, komfortables Haus in günstiger Lage zum Strand. Kurze Transferzeit zum Flughafen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Tolle Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Auch die Organisation und Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr gut!

First impressions of the property was WOW!!!

Stayed here with a group of 10 people all coming on a fitness holiday. When we first entered the property we were blown away the pictures do not do this place justice! Very spacious and modern. Every room had an ensuite with high quality showers or baths. Location ideal close to beach bars and restaurants. I need to mention the staff that look after the property, in particular Saray. From booking to helping us with anything while we were there was top class! I would HIGHLY reccomend this place it's the full package! Looking forward to my return!
