"We definitely made the right choice when selecting this property for our stay! The property is great, private and secure. The house is very nice, clean, has amazing views and it’s super comfy and spacious. It has everything that is needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Well stocked and very complete with A/C in the bedrooms which helped us relax and rest comfortably at night. The pool is always clean and very inviting. We definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to this area in Costa Rica. Not only because it’s beautiful, but also because it’s in a great location with prompt access to great beaches, close by towns, delicious restaurants and fun activities. We really enjoyed experiencing the dense nature and getting to see the white face monkeys playing in the trees located in the back/side of the house. The host and management were very attentive, prompt to answer texts and calls. They were also very sweet to help us making it extra special for our daughter by decorating with a happy birthday banner and balloons prior to our arrival. My whole family was delighted with the house and enjoyed every minute of it. Our stay was so nice that we hope to go back some day in the future and stay here again. Great host and Amazing house! Definitely, Pura Vida!"

"Castillo hotel is a beautiful setting with lots of nature surrounding you from ocean views to mountain views. The rooms are comfortable and well done in a Spanish style. Our dinner there was delicious."

"This property is amazing! We stayed for two weeks and loved every moment. Right next to the town of Ojochal and only fifteen minutes from Uvita. Lots of beaches, waterfalls and restaurants within close proximity. There are beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. The pool was great, the kids absolutely loved it as well as the passing birds and animals. The kitchen is well equipped and the house was clean and comfortable for our family of five. Communications with the property management company was easy and they responded promptly with any issues or concerns during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property. A couple of things to keep in mind. I would recommend if renting a vehicle to get a 4x4 or at least something with ground clearance, the road leading to the driveway is very rough and would also help if planning on exploring the area. Alot of roads leading to beaches and waterfalls are rough as well. "

"We had a very relaxing stay. Good communication with the host/property manager. Wildlife all around…monkeys, toucans and scarlet macaws. Couple power outages, but didn’t spoil our fun. House had a battery backup which was great. Pool was AWESOME! House was well equipped. Location was perfect…loved the local restaurant suggestions. Overall it was WONDERFUL!"

"We loved our stay at Villa Lucia! It was in a great, safe location and close to waterfalls, shopping, and the whales tail. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the hummingbirds, toucans, and butterflies. The sunsets were amazing too! I recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get up the road easily."
