We have stayed here several times and the hotel and staff have always been great. Last stay there were drunk people screaming in the parking lot at 2:00 am (not the hotels fault). The heat in the hotel and the room felt like 500 degrees so we slept with the window open all night.

Hotel was great! Loved our room and location No lobby attendant, had to use a phone to check in. And no elevator to third floor, so be prepared to lug suitcases up stairs if on 3rd floor.

Great place to stay

The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance of the state fair. (Less than a mile walk) my husband and I enjoyed the very spacious room. I did think it was odd that there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. You have to call a number once you get there.

Chambre vaste et très confortable. Pas de réception, il faut décrocher le téléphone posé sur le comptoir et quelqu'un répond. Tout est dématérialisé, on reçoit lors du check-in le code de la porte à taper sur le clavier par mail. Personne aussi pour le départ, l'accès à la chambre est bloqué informatiquement à 11h, heure du chek-out

Updating the place. Easy check in process. Close enough to walk to local Palmer AleHouse. And breakfast cafe nearby. Room is quiet, air conditioner, clean shower/bathroom. Very cute. Comfortable bed. Is stay again when in the area. Love the laundry room!!

Not again, expensive for nothing!

It was CRAZY expensive with lots of surprise add on charges for a very basic no amenities hotel. Check in receptionist was helpful but condescending. Ither staff, who you never see were dismissive and uninformed when you tried to contact them via phone. I was traveling with my elderly aunt and mom and had to debate for some time to get a room where they did not have to walk up several flights of stairs. Information included with the booking. Then almost as soon as we got to our room the elevator went out, and was out for the rest of the time so my elderly family had to stay in the room cause it was too hard to do the stairs for dinner. The bathroom shower had no mat or no slip stickers. Very unsafe for everyone. Even my husband slipped and pulled his back out. The shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold and nothing in between. There was no compensation for any of the above nor did anyone care to address and of the concerns.

Quarto amplo e limpo. Hotel bem estruturado, com várias amenidades, lavanderia, máquina de gelo e de água. Não gostei do atendimento via telefone: Frio e demorado. Faltou uma mesa no quarto também. De resto, muito bom.
